GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this Social Media Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you (the “Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this Giveaway is Velora Homes (@velora_homes), in collaboration with Shiyas Cholamukhath (@cm_shiyas).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Entry is only open to residents of Australia, India, and New Zealand.

Entrants must hold a valid Instagram account.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway will run from 3rd October 2025 to 3 October 2025 11:59 PM AEST (the “Entry Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:

2️⃣ Like the Giveaway post.
3️⃣ Tag two friends in the comments.
4️⃣ Repost the Giveaway post to their Instagram Story..
Failure to complete all steps may result in disqualification.

5. PRIZE DETAILS
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a brand-new pair of Hoka Rincon 4 running shoes.

If the winner resides outside Australia, they will receive a running shoe of their choice up to the value of $150 AUD instead.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on 16th Nov 2025. The winner will not be announced publicly unless agreed by the winner to respect the privacy of the winner.

The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

7. PRIZE CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
The prize is subject to availability and may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional costs associated with claiming the prize.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. Instagram is not associated with this Giveaway in any way.
This Giveaway is also not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Hoka One One or Rebel Sport. Neither Hoka nor Rebel are affiliated with this promotion, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
By entering, participants release Instagram, Hoka One One, and Rebel Sport from any responsibility related to the Giveaway.
